National: Laws and cases
- Law 19253 – Establishes rules on the protection, promotion and development of indigenous people and creates the National Corporation for Indigenous Development (CONADI).
- Decree 236 – Convention No. 169 concerning Indigenous and Tribal Peoples in Independent Countries of the International Labour Organization. Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
- Decree 66 – Approves regulations governing the indigenous consultation procedure pursuant to Article 6 No. 1 letter a) and No. 2 of Convention No. 169 of the International Labour Organization and repeals regulations that indicate
- Law 20249 – Creates the marine coastal space of the native peoples.
- Decree 134 – Regulations of Law No. 20.249 that creates the coastal marine space of the native peoples.
- Decree 126 – Replaces Decree No. 139, which amended Decree No. 52 of 1995 regulating indigenous scholarships and establishes its consolidated text. Ministry of Education.
