National: Laws and cases
- Law 19253 – Establishes regulations on the protection, promotion, and development of indigenous peoples and creates the National Indigenous Development Corporation (CONADI).
- Decree 236 – Convention No. 169 concerning Indigenous and Tribal Peoples in Independent Countries of the International Labour Organization. Ministry of Foreign Affairs. Decree 66 – Approves regulations governing the indigenous consultation procedure pursuant to Article 6, No. 1(a) and No. 2 of Convention No. 169 of the International Labour Organization and repeals the regulations indicated. Law 20249 – Creates the coastal marine area of indigenous peoples. Decree 134 – Regulations of Law No. 20.249, which creates the coastal marine space for Indigenous peoples.
- Decree 126 – Replaces Decree No. 139, which amended Decree No. 52 of 1995 regulating Indigenous scholarships and establishes its consolidated text. Ministry of Education.
